Prof Keller's Talk in Oxford ‘From Hard Law to Soft Implementation: The KlimaSeniorinnen Judgment and Beyond’
On 6 June 2025, Prof. Keller will participate in a panel at the conference ‘From Litigation to Implementation: Framing Climate Remedies in European Human Rights Law’, organised by the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at the University of Oxford. Together with Louise Fournier and panel leader Başak Çalı, she will speak on "Framing Climate Remedies before the European Court of Human Rights: Climate Seniors and its future implications". Prof Keller's contribution is titled ‘From Hard Law to Soft Implementation: The KlimaSeniorinnen Judgment and Beyond’.
