Honouring Prof. Helen Keller in "75 women in 75 years of Council of Europe history"
Prof Helen Keller is being honoured for her commitment to human rights and the rule of law as part of the project ‘75 women in 75 years of Council of Europe history’. The project, organised by the Council of Europe and the Permanent Representations of the Netherlands and the UK, is a campaign to mark the 75th anniversary of the Council of Europe and honours a total of 75 women for their contribution to the promotion of democracy, the rule of law and human rights.
